✨ Meet AmanaCare’s Care Coordination Team ✨
Our care coordinators are the bridge between caregivers, clients, and our office teams — and they are essential to what makes AmanaCare different. Spread across Nebraska, their days are full: talking with caregivers, visiting clients, leading meet-and-greets, onboarding new clients, training caregivers on their first shifts, and yes… lots and lots of documentation. 📋
Here’s a little about the amazing women who keep everything connected:
💛 BreeAnn oversees eastern Nebraska and grew up in Norfolk. She’s a proud mom of four and loves spending time outdoors with her family.
💛 Natalie serves central Nebraska, working out of Broken Bow and covering north of Custer County into Cherry and Holt counties. Her husband, daughter, and multiple pets keep her happily busy outside of work.
💛 Jentri covers Grand Island and Hastings. She’s a CNA with a true heart for helping others — and might love her pets just as much as she loves people. 😉
💛 Ashley lives in North Platte but supports nearly 20 counties in west-central Nebraska! She’s a sweet soul who always sees the good in others, is an incredible cook, and treasures her kids above all.
💛 Mattie serves the Panhandle. She holds a Master of Arts in Education and is currently pursuing another degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She’s also a devoted mom of two and deeply committed to supporting Nebraskans.
Many non-medical home care companies don’t have care coordinators — but we believe they’re vital. They are the steady touchpoint, the problem-solvers, the phone answerers, the travelers, and the relationship builders. They keep communication clear. They keep support strong. And they help ensure faith-based care reaches every corner of Nebraska. 💛
