As a Registered Dietitian, evidenced-based practice and science have built the foundation for my nutrition philosophy. My intrinsic interest in fitness and exercise guided me to become a Certified Personal Trainer and, ultimately, obtain my Master's Degree in Sports Nutrition. Pursuit of an even deeper understanding of exercise pushed me to obtain my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) to further help my clients reach their goals. Pairing my knowledge of human movement with my passion for nutrition has given me drive and purpose. Easy low sugar chicken fajita marinade 💃

I like to measure with my heart but if you prefer a recipe to follow, here are the approximate amounts:
2 chicken breasts cut into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of one lime
Few cloves of minced garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

I think a lot of people assume that once you “figure it out”… everything just feels easy all the time.

It doesn’t.

The difference is, I don’t spiral the way I used to.
I don’t feel like I need to start over every Monday.
And I don’t base my worth on what I ate that day.

That’s what actually changes.

Not perfection.

Just a better way of thinking, and a strategy that supports my real life.

You don’t need more discipline.

You need a strategy that actually works when your life isn’t calm, quiet, and perfectly planned.

Because the truth is…
most women I work with aren’t struggling because they’re lazy or inconsistent.

They’re struggling because they’ve been trying to follow plans that were never designed for their real life in the first place.

Plans that fall apart the second:
😵‍💫work gets busy
🥴weekends get social
🤧motivation dips
or life simply… happens

So they keep starting over.
Again and again and again.

What we did here wasn’t extreme.
It wasn’t starting from scratch every Monday.
It wasn’t cutting everything out or “being perfect.”

It was building a structure she could actually follow through on.

One that:
🗓️fit into her schedule
🫶supported her body (not fought against it)
and gave her clarity on what to do even on the hard days

That’s why this worked.

Not because she suddenly became more motivated…
but because she finally had a plan that didn’t rely on motivation to begin with🙌

That’s the difference🤏
