About me:
As a Registered Dietitian, evidenced-based practice and science have built the foundation for my nutrition philosophy. My intrinsic interest in fitness and exercise guided me to become a Certified Personal Trainer and, ultimately, obtain my Master's Degree in Sports Nutrition. Pursuit of an even deeper understanding of exercise pushed me to obtain my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) to further help my clients reach their goals. Pairing my knowledge of human movement with my passion for nutrition has given me drive and purpose. Busy women are my specialty for a reason 😏

Most of the clients I work with are juggling careers, kids, travel, workouts, and real life. And one of the biggest mindset shifts we make early on is redefining what meal planning actually needs to look like.

Meal prep does not have to be a perfectly portioned, color-coded Pinterest board to be effective. In fact, that expectation is exactly why so many people give up.

Sustainable planning starts small.

Sometimes that means only prepping breakfast. Because if breakfast is not planned, mornings get hectic, meals get skipped, energy tanks, and suddenly it feels like you are “failing” before the day even starts.

Skipping breakfast because life is chaotic is not intermittent fasting. It is just underfueling.

This is how we build consistency. We meet you where you are, we simplify the process, and we create systems that actually fit your life.

If you are busy but still want progress, you do not need perfection. You need a strategy that works with your reality.

By the end of January, most people have already given up on their New Year’s goals 😣

And honestly?

It’s not because you’re lazy, unmotivated, or “bad at consistency.”

It’s because you were probably trying to:
👉 eat perfectly
👉 rely on motivation
👉 cut foods you enjoy
👉 start over every time life happened

That approach was never designed for real life.

This is exactly why I teach macro tracking the way I do… not as a diet, not as a forever rule, and definitely not as another all-or-nothing plan 🙅🏼‍♀️

For my clients, macros are a tool:
✨ to create structure without restriction
✨ to learn how to eat normally and still make progress
✨ to stay consistent even when motivation dips
