You feel the car sputtering… the warning light is on… but you keep pushing. That’s what burnout feels like.

Now imagine 𝙮𝙤𝙪 are the car.
• Fuel = sleep, rest, joy
• Oil = daily routines, hydration, movement
• Tune-ups = moments that light you up & bring you back home to yourself

You—your body, mind, & spirit—need regular maintenance.

this winter brought various storms 
so I wrote a lot (mostly dramatic journal entries & endless to-do lists…)

I’m grateful that my winter has thawed

I’m looking forward to sowing* the seeds I planted

*the sowing process included the usual: sleepless nights, excessive overthinking, sitting in the unknown, gut & hormone chaos, crying to God, pondering life’s meaning at 3:27am…

Here’s a simple practice I do every month to check in with myself, realign & move forward with better clarity & purpose.

I take a moment to reflect on the past month—what worked, what challenged me, and the lessons I learned.

Then, I set clear, meaningful intentions for the month ahead, making sure my goals are doable & not overwhelming.

By tracking my focus areas, I stay aligned with what really matters and create space for balance, clarity, & inspired action.

It’s become a grounding practice that helps me move forward with intention & purpose each month.

TLDR;
Health hurdles, including endometriosis, chronic illness and pain, led to a turning point where I embarked on a 15+ year journey of self-exploration.

Holistic healing became my focus, inspiring me to earn a certification in Holistic Sports & Nutrition. College was a marathon due to illness and indecision, but I earned degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis & Psychology.

My passion for learning led me to transformative practices like breathwork, nervous system balance, and somatic education, revealing patterns in my life cycles tied to self-abandonment.

Embracing restorative tools changed my world. Understanding stress management and prioritizing health became crucial, leading me to listen and schedule self-care.

Shifting from serving on empty to overflow transformed my life, improving mental-emotional health, relationships, and my overall well-being.

Now, I’m on a mission to guide women through overwhelm, chronic stress, and self-abandonment towards recalibration and restoration. My goal is to inspire positive change, personal growth, and fulfillment.
