Zero Down 2.0 event from last week, except a pleasant surprise ☺️ with only an hours notice, Lauren got the opportunity to speak on stage. As usual, she stole the crowd with her presence, her entrepreneurial journey, and desire to be the greatest at what she does.

You’re hard to kill and I love that about you. Let’s keep building 🧱 .lauren

Big thanks to the team and for putting on a great event and bringing some incredible humans in the room!

I’ve made a few calculated risks in my life… the biggest one was leaving corporate to bet on myself. And if there’s anything I’ve learned it’s this.

There’s nothing quite like entrepreneurship.

In corporate, you fight for a $5K raise every couple of years, lock money into a 401k for decades, hand a chunk to social security you may never see, and hope the market gives you a 12% return… 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m not against any of that. I actually still have and use versions of all of them.

But what you’re missing… is this.

When you invest in yourself, in your vision, in building something from the ground up…

You can create a 30.. 40… hell 50%+ return year over year.

No market, no company, no system can give you that.

Only entrepreneurship can.

Here’s to Brianna — 8 lbs down and so much inflammation gone… but the real win is how she feels!

When she started, vacations would wipe her out for days. A couple drinks? HRV tanked. Random bloat and the “I look 6 months pregnant” belly that made her feel like she was doing everything “right” but getting nowhere.

So we did what most people are scared to do:
we hit pause on the endless HIIT, reversed her calories to rebuild her metabolism, lifted heavy with intention, and got curious about what her body is sensitive to (alcohol, some gluten, stress load).

We layered in micronutrient-dense meals, tracked the BLTs with honesty (bites/licks/tastes count), and focused on feeling steady instead of “thriving in the chaos”

Five months later, she’s experiencing less bloat, visible ab definition, energy that doesn’t yo-yo, and confidence that shows up in and out of the gym.

This is what happens when you stop trying to out-cardio a dysregulated system and start coaching the whole body—metabolism, hormones, and mindset.

What’s next: an 8–10 week dialed-in cut, then a strategic reverse through the holidays so she maintains the physique we built—without living in MyFitnessPal or being a slave to the gym/HIIT workouts.

Proud of you, Bri. This is ownership in real life — seasons, kids, travel, and still showing up for the vision.

If you want this level of strategy (reverse → cut → reverse) and support to actually keep your results, DM READY and I’ll send details.

Your body, your business and your goals… they don’t grow from how you ‘feel’. They grow from the standards you hold yourself to when it would be easier to bail.

You build self trust through discipline, through keeping promises when nobody is watching, through sitting in discomfort instead of turning a blind eye to it.

That is what creates confidence. That is what creates results that last.

It’s not the body. It’s about taking ownership.

Nicole didn’t wait for the “perfect time.”

She’s been running a business, hopping on flights, saying yes to social events—aka living a busy life.

Most people hold off on their goals because life feels too chaotic. They convince themselves: “Once things slow down, then I’ll start.”

But here’s the truth… things don’t slow down.

Life will always have duality—work and play, deadlines and dinners, stress and joy.

The women who succeed know this.

They know that if they’ve thrown fitness to the wayside in the past, the answer isn’t waiting for an easier season. It’s creating more structure, more discipline, and more accountability right now, so they can actually enjoy that busy life in a body they feel confident in.

Nicole is proof of that. She didn’t press pause. she leaned in. And now? She’s not just lighter on the scale, but she’s stronger, more confident, and finally living in alignment with the lifestyle she worked so hard to build. Not to mention, walking the walk as a coach herself.

If you’re done waiting for “someday,” DM me READY and let’s get you moving forward… today.
