๐Ÿ’ฆ Oftentimes the thing that scares us the most is the best path to take

๐Ÿ’ฆ It's scary to trust the process when you are healing because every day is going to be different, we may make some progress, then it slows or life gets crazy+our healthy habits get put on the back burner, but the best thing to do is to KEEP GOING

๐Ÿ’ฆ Healing is NOT linear, we can not compare our chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 10. You do not need to be 100% perfect every single day, but I recommend CHECKING IN with yourself daily to see what is going to best serve your MIND+BODY

๐ŸŠ Instead of running around your house like a mad person throwing away your toxic beauty, house-hold products, cookware, processed foods, oils etc. STEP BACK AND BREATHE.

๐ŸŠ Instead, once you get towards the bottom of those products, replace them with the better quality product.

๐ŸŠ In the meantime, start ADDING in more SUNLIGHT, MOVEMENT, VEGGIES+BERRIES, GETTING TO BED AT THE SAME TIME EVERY NIGHT, WORKING ON CALMING YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM, GRATITUDE

๐ŸŠ I PROMISE, the more you do these things CONSISTENTLY, you WILL see a difference.

๐ŸŠ Give yourself grace, it takes a longggggg time to UN-LEARN the things you were told growing up+even adult years

๐ŸŠ REMEMBER, celebrate ALL the wins, even getting that extra 10 minute walk in after dinner ๐Ÿ˜‰

135g protein
140g carbs
37g FIBER

Breakfast:
Ground beef+1/2 Japanese sweet potato+asparagus

Snack:
2 hard boiled eggs+1/2 cup blackberries+pear

Lunch:
2oz brown rice pasta, organic tomato sauce, 2 Bilinski chicken sausage, 1/2 cup lentils

Snack:
1 medium red bell pepper
creamy Greek yogurt+avocado dip

Dinner:
Grass fed sirloin+radicchio with left over dip mixed in (coleslaw like?)

Long-term birth control use

Gluten sensitivity

Gut imbalances+infections-parasites, yeast overgrowth, SIBO, viruses, H.pylori

Toxins+chemicals-tap water, fluoride toothpaste

Nutrient deficiencies-iodine, selenium, b vitamins, vitamin d, zinc etc.

Stress-physical, emotional, dietary, heavy metals

Poor lifestyle-poor diet, smoking, not exercising

๐Ÿ“ I was traveling in Europe for 30 days+what an amazing experience I had. And although it was the most relaxed I had been in a while, the constant travel on trains, buses, airplanes, time zone changes, different foods than I am used to, my body definitely felt it

๐Ÿ“ Our bodies are AMAZING, we can detox on our own but who doesn't need a little push sometimes? This is how I feel my best, BUT, I also do not beat myself up if I miss 1 or 2 of these.
