This was a very challenging to decision to make but…

We would like to thank you for your continued loyalty and support for Mind Body Gainz Fitness. It has been a pleasure providing you with value.

However, Mind Body Gainz Fitness, would like to inform you that we are closing our business on Aug 1, 2022 and will no longer be taking any more clients.

All training sessions purchased will still be able to be rendered, and any new training sessions may be purchased and rendered no later than Aug 1, 2022.

This has been a very challenging decision to make, but I have been called into a different path and extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to serve you and grow.

We hope that we have been successful in offering excellent services and meeting your goals. 

Again, we thank you for being valuable to our company and your loyalty.

May you have great luck and favor in your future endeavors.

Recently I’ve been feeling called to be out in nature…

I’m always on the go like literally 24/7 if it’s not physically, it’s mentally

Taking time out to connect to nature and be completely present in the moment is so refreshing and vitalizing 🍃

Smiling at others as I pass them on the trails… 😃

Or greeting one another like “Good Morning”… 🌞

Really sets the tone for the day and grounds me. 🧘🏽‍♀️

Definitely making it a consistent habit to be out in nature, disconnected, and present in the moment more often 🙏🏽

I highly recommend taking time out of your day to disconnect from all the outside noise of work and distractions to connect with nature at least a 2-3x week.

It makes the BIGGEST difference on your PHYSICAL, MENTAL, and SPIRITUAL well being.

What outdoor activities do you like to do for fun?

Mines definitely hiking!

It has most definitely been a journey to get to where I am today and this is only the beginning 🥳

Ever had a life changing moment or experience that made you a better leader?

I think everyone has. When you look back on that experience you are so grateful for it because it transformed who you are today and who you are today created the world you are living in now.

The experience that changed my life was…
Learning that I have the full power and capacity to direct my life how I want it to be. By learning how to tap into my subconscious mind to break habits that were no longer serving me and now guiding others how to do the same has been transformational.

When you are living with fear and doubt, you are rejecting faith.

Have faith and trust that everything in your life is going to work out exactly as planned.

You are ALWAYS going to be taken care of.

Start by taking a moment today to be GRATEFUL for what you have in your life.

Many times our sight gets clouded by our imaginary thoughts that do not serve us.

If your thoughts are not serving you:

1. Ask yourself what thoughts you DESIRE to have.

2. Write down on paper what your CURRENT thoughts are that are NOT serving you.

3. Then write down the thoughts you DESIRE.

4. Practice and REPEAT those thoughts you desire EVERY single DAY for AT LEAST 1 week.

5. Lastly, write down 3 things you feel very grateful for and soak into that feeling of gratitude for what you already have (this will guide you to elevating your energy).

Although some days may feel more difficult than others, just remember you are WORTHY.

Happy New Years 🎉🥳

2021 has been filled with so much growth and strength.

I have a confession to make…

Being on the “grind” all the time is EXHAUSTING.

It’s mentally & physically DRAINING!

Though, it can be beneficial to be on the grind bc it “gets me far”

It can feel like it also takes me 2 steps back when I get tired and have to recharge.

I got to a point where watching movies, listening to music, and taking time for just me felt like it was a COMPLETE WASTE of time and because of that I constantly fell into a mental trap of:

🙅🏽‍♀️”I’m not doing enough”
😩 “I feel behind”
😓 “Enjoying this is a waste of time”
😰 “Why are things not working for me in the way I want it to, yet I’m putting in countless hours and sleepless nights”

All these thoughts running in my mind and feelings rushing through my body.

I then realized it’s because I went back to “blocking my energy”, which means I was in CONSTANT “go go go mode”

I wasn’t even ALLOWING the SPACE for the universe to bring me what I desire.

How can you be in a state receiving when you want to have control of EVERY single outcome?

You just can’t.

Like on Christmas, I decided to take that day almost completely off and enjoy time with my family.

And Let me tell you, it FELT DIFFICULT!

It felt weird and hard on me to take a break from work.

Watching a movie with them, made me feel like it was hard to stay still and just be.

But I challenged myself to be still and enjoy the present moment with them because it’s small moments like these that we cherish the most.

I share this with you because many of us are constant go getters, and are our own biggest critics.

We want everything to be perfect and if it’s not we become very hard on ourselves.

Reality is… nothing is ever 100% perfect and

ITS OKAY to take a break.
ITS OKAY to enjoy fun time.
ITS OKAY to just be still and breathe.

Everything happens in DIVINE TIMING and stressing over it will NOT get you any closer.
