We’re beyond excited to introduce the newest member of our Stretch Care crew — Amanda Kelly! 💪✨

Amanda brings serious energy and passion for movement to the table. As a former collegiate Track & Cross Country athlete and current Masters Track competitor, she literally lives for the finish line. From Hyrox races to golf swings, she’s always training for the next challenge — and she gets the grind. 💥

But like many of us, Amanda started to feel the effects of aging: stiff joints, nagging aches... and let’s be honest, stretching wasn’t always her favorite part. 😅 That all changed when she discovered Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) — a total game-changer for moving better, feeling stronger, and performing like a boss. 💯

Our Story

Hi friends! You have reached my new sharing page, your source for bodywork and functional performance news and ideas. I am a "jack of all trades" in the bodywork field. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training with experiences in the clinic setting. Wanting more than long hours and to focus on one-on-one care, I added more tools to the toolbox. I am licensed massage therapist, Fascial Stretch Specialist (Level 3 Medical), and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. These tools help me create an optimal bodywork session that have you moving and feeling your best.

Give me an hour (or more) of your time, and I will give you the rest of the week feeling great!
