👑 Are you in the process of stepping into the fullest most authentic and integrated version of yourself yet haven’t quite fully expressed that version and facing some hesitation as a result?

🤍Here are some questions to ask yourself and a journaling exercise to begin taking action NOW:

👑At what point do I stop seeking permission to fully express my true nature and still express it even though it will throw others off of what I’ve energetically agreed upon to show up as to them ?

👑Can I be ok with letting people go in my life who are not resonating with the truth of who I am when I show up authentically?

👑What roles have I played into that have left me feeling repressed and disempowered ? How can I redefine the meaning I make of those roles (mom, coach, CEO, daughter, friend, teacher, etc)

👑What is one action step I can take in order to feel empowered in who I really am without cutting off parts of myself (shadow aspects) that I’m afraid won’t be accepted by others?

👑How can I fully accept the fact that not everyone will like, resonate with, agree with, or honor me when I express all of who I am?

👑❤️When we fully step into this next new version (the inherent version that’s always been there yet has been repressed) this represents true freedom and creates space for those who do resonate, appreciate, value and respect you (even if they disagree).

😘Tag a friend who has been a safe place for you to fully show up as big and bright as you’re in the process of stepping into the world as no matter what roles you play in life. Redefine your roles NOW by following these journal prompts.
