I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve been hired to teach Meditation & Sound Healing at The Village @ DC Ranch!

This is the result of a manifestation that I set my heart on about a year, maybe two years ago. It is evidence that we create our reality by consciously choosing what we desire, believing it’s possible and then believing that we’re worthy of it. I’ll be honest, the road here has been bumpy, recognizing limiting beliefs, subconscious programming, fear, shame and that dreaded imposter syndrome. But, my oh my, the juice has been worth the squeeze!! 🍋

this Women’s Circle will begin with delicious, heart-opening, authentic Costa Rican cacao that she brought back from her recent women’s retreat there. We will then use the time to go around the circle to introduce ourselves and share about our successes and challenges in showing up fully as our authentic selves.
