Slowing down to have a beautiful cup of something in the morning to reflect on the day before…reflect on the day you are going to have… Think about your lunch and dinner for the day… perhaps your family and dinners for the week.  nourishing, bodies and souls.

Saying a prayer. Meditating. Feeling the sunshine on your face. Looking out the window, seeing the sun streaming in. We create the Zen in our lives.. And we can find it in the kitchen. And when lingering even if just for a few minutes in the morning.

Hi friends!

Going to Oahu/Honolulu. Grateful to be staying with a friend my first few nights. It's so hard to leave town with my career. I am proud to have closed quickly on my last two listings and am taking the opportunity to jet out for some open water swimming!!
Leaving tomorrow ; ) Staying with said dear friend Thurs/Fri.

Looking for a place on the north shore (or somewhere with more nature than hot spots) for THIS Sat, Sunday, and Monday. 6/29, 30, & 7/1.

Any thoughts/ideas/insider information is much appreciated!
