It’s not lactose intolerance, it’s industrial intolerance.
The milk God called good (the food that flowed in the Promised Land) has been pasteurized, homogenized, and industrialized so badly that it’s barely recognizable.
The cows are sick.
The enzymes are dead.
The fat is fractured.
And we have the nerve to call it “intolerance.”
Our bodies aren’t broken.
They’re just rejecting what’s fake.
When we return to real dairy (raw, grass-fed, alive) something powerful happens.
Digestion improves. Inflammation fades. And the body remembers what it was designed to do.
The problem was never milk.
The problem was what man did to it.
The good news is that we can rebuild tolerance naturally and biblically by learning which dairy to choose and what to avoid.
