Want your tox to last longer? It’s not just about getting treated, it’s about how you prepare and care for it.

A few simple things can make a big difference in your results and longevity:

• Proper dosing matters. Underdosing may save units in the moment, but it often wears off faster.
�• Consider zinc before treatment. Some studies suggest zinc may help neurotoxins bind more effectively to nerve endings. 50 mg daily for 3-4 days prior to your treatment can help your tox last longer.
�• Avoid heat for 24 hours after treatment. Saunas, hot yoga, intense workouts, and hot tubs can interfere with the toxin binding process.
