To be yourself or to be accepted... that’s the dilemma.

Many people with ADHD have spent years perfecting a version of themselves that doesn’t really belong to them.
One that doesn’t interrupt, doesn’t forget things, doesn’t “bother.”
A tamed, functional… acceptable version.

But behind that mask, there’s a question screaming in silence:

✨ Would anyone ever choose my true self?

💭 Because it’s not just about attention.
It’s about belonging.
It’s about being worthy of love as you really are: sensitive, impulsive, passionate, creative, intense.
