Sometimes time feels like it’s slipping away.

Because it is.

Habits turn into routines 🔄

Routines turn into boredom 🥱

Boredom turns into something that looks like depression 😞

Depression multiplies bad habits 📺

If you feel stuck, take the first action to do something novel. Something you usually wouldn’t do 🏃🏽‍♂️

The only way to slow down time before it’s gone is to take on unique challenges 📚

Go on a hike 🥾

Take a painting class (or just paint at home) 🎨

Take a road trip - even if it’s just finding the cheapest motel nearby and walking to the closest lake for a picnic that consists of a peanut butter sandwich, a cheese stick, an apple sauce pouch and a chocolate milk.

‼️^ someone should do this and lemme know how it goes

You’d be surprised how easy we can feel joy when we do something out of the ordinary.

Even in the troubled world we live in.

Get out of your comfort zone before it’s too late!

We’re running a 3-Day, 5AM Discipline Challenge. No religion required - just 3 challenges to sacrifice for something you love.

Pick your level:



CROWN (beginner)

FRIDAY:
• 33-minute walk or ruck
(Jesus age when he died)

SATURDAY:
• 0.6 mile jog or ruck
(distance Jesus carried the cross)

SUNDAY:
• 33 burpees for time



NAILS (experienced)

FRIDAY:
• 33-minute ruck (25lbs+)
Fun fact the cross was 200lbs+

SATURDAY:
• 0.6 mile sprint (all out)

SUNDAY:
• 33 × 3 burpees for time
(3 min break between rounds)



RULES (Friday - Sunday):

• Wake up 5–6am (DM us for wake-up call)
• No music or podcasts
• Lukewarm or cold shower
