LifeTree is proud to present a 4-week in-person workshop for Middle School Girls.
Helping Navigate the Digital World will explore the impact of social media on body image, self-perception, and bullying.
Price: $40 - includes all four, 90-minute classes
When: Monday evenings from 6 PM - 7:30 PM
Dates: March 31, April 7, April 14, and April 21
Where: LifeTree Counseling Center, 201 Enterprise Ave., Suite 300, League City, TX 77573
Participants will:
- Build awareness, hope, and empowerment for lasting well-being
- Understand the impact of social media on mental health, relationships, and self-esteem
- Develop tools for promoting a healthy body image and handling online challenges
- Gain practical skills to navigate social media with resilience and confidence.
