How can you stay safe? ✨ Midwifery care is about empowerment through education. You can reduce the risk significantly with these "No-Share" habits: 🚫 Avoid sharing food, utensils, or cups with your little ones. 💋 Kiss your toddlers on the forehead instead of the lips. 🧼 Wash your hands thoroughly after every diaper change or wiping a nose.
