What happens when our newest family member at House of Three asks for carrot cake? Each of our homes had a special delivery, and we all agreed it was the best carrot cake ever. If you haven’t had a carrot cake made by Kelly, you are missing out. All of our caregivers are wonderful cooks because they put love and thoughtful intention into what they make, and then they serve it with kindness. We have been very busy lately at House of Three Searcy. It has been four years since we opened our first house in Searcy, and this week we opened our third house. Our families have been so patient, waiting for the opening, and all our caregivers have been amazing in their dedication and quality of work. A special thanks to Kelly Hinkle, who has done an incredible job of making this house a beautiful, peaceful home. Our homes are filled and overflowing, just as our hearts are. House of Three is pleased to introduce you to one of our new caregivers. As we grow, we carefully select our new team members, and we are happy to have Ashley. She has the experience, knowledge, and compassion to be the gifted caregiver she is. To top it off, she loves to bake and makes wonderful home-cooked treats like these cinnamon muffins that came out of the oven when I was there the other day. Behind the scenes, they keep everything going by maintaining schedules, placing orders, and running errands. Their work doesn't stop when their shift ends. This is more than a job for us — it’s a calling.

House of Three Searcy homes are small, cozy homes where only three residents live, allowing for deeply personalized care. Each shift is intentionally staffed with one caregiver to three residents, so you’re never juggling a crowded unit or rushing through tasks. This low ratio allows our caregivers to slow down, build trust, and provide thoughtful, unrushed care in a peaceful home environment.

Our residents are truly like family to us. We love them the way we would our own parents/grandparents — with patience, dignity, laughter, good food, and genuine compassion.

Our residents have varying levels of need — from more independent individuals to those requiring total care. Some have dementia, some do not. Each resident is unique, and care is tailored to who they are, not just a routine.

Because our homes are small and our care is intentional, dependability matters greatly. Our residents — and your teammates — rely on you to be present and committed to your scheduled shifts. This role is best suited for someone who values responsibility, consistency, and being someone others can truly count on.

What makes this role special:
• 1 caregiver : 3 residents — focused, meaningful care
• A calm, home-like setting (not institutional)
• The chance to truly know your residents and their routines
• A close-knit, supportive team
• Work that is deeply rewarding — caring for those who once cared for others

Position details & expectations:
• 24-hour shifts (not consecutive, unless chosen so)
• CNA experience required
• Ability to prepare home-cooked meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Comfort caring for residents with a wide range of physical and cognitive needs
• A positive attitude, friendly presence, and open heart
• Strong reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
• Team-oriented availability, including:
• 1–2 weekend shifts per month (Saturday OR Sunday)
• Alternating holiday availability
• Drug screen and references required

We’re looking for someone with a servant-minded heart, strong character, and a genuine desire to love and care for others well — someone who brings warmth, faith-filled kindness, and integrity into everything they do.

Kelly said everyone is cozy and well fed at House Of 3 on this cold snowy day. So far this weekend they’ve had homemade chocolate chip scones, poppyseed chicken, sourdough bread and now a lemon blueberry sourdough loaf is coming out of the oven! The residents  commented their pants are getting too small.🤣
We enjoy taking care of any needs your loved one may have.
House of Three is not a facility, it is a home and everyone here will tell you they live as if they are in thier own home.

You never know what may happen when you ask Markie if she would like to take a picture! We love this group; they laugh, love, and live life together. We would be delighted to have the opportunity to tell you more about how we can care for your loved one. Our caregivers have years of experience and hearts full of love.
