Therapy is an opportunity to manifest what it means to be fully human. Life presents many opportunities and challenges and can sometimes take the joy out of things. Whether you are a family who needs assistance with the difficulties of parenting children, a couple looking to better understand one another or are seeking help with le***an, gay, bisexual, non-binary or transgender identity issues, therapy offers an opportunity to increase joy and understanding in your life. I do offer limited availability for those in need of reduced fees.
I'm bilingual (Spanish & English) and certified by Echo Parenting as a parent educator, I'm an Endorsed Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist in California and worked for 9 years in a 1st Five LA program with mostly Spanish speaking families that experienced domestic violence and child abuse.
I focus on the impact of life stories & how these stories help or hinder how we navigate life stressors and. I am a former Preschool teacher for Los Angeles public schools. I'm LGBTQ friendly, volunteered with the Los Angeles LGBTQ Center and was a volunteer educator with the Center for Positive Sexuality (positivesexuality.org).
