Therapy for Black Girls is an amazing podcast I discovered this podcast in 2020 at a time when it was very challenging to find ANY therapist much less a Black therapist that could immediately understand the impacts the Pandemic; the police killings of unarmed Black people and the communal of sense of despair and disillusionment of the immediate backlash in our communities. The content is relatable and on point. What I love the most is the "texture of the voices" - it's like sitting in your living-room with 2 of your closest friends "choppin' it up" on a Saturday night. https://therapyforblackgirls.com/podcast/. Oh, how I love to Glamp! While I have my own Glamping set-up that has hosted my outdoor solo spiritual journeys in style and comfort all summer long, the curated hospitality grade Glamping experience is a great gateway to Glamping for folks that have the means in the ways to experience the outdoors this way. As the article, points out Glamping is not about being in a full-service hotel environment; rather it affords a certain level of comfort that enables you to experience nature without the bitterness of setting up a tent, sourcing firewood, and dealing with campground scrap scavengers… and things that go bump in the night. Instead, you are able to focus on you in a natural environment; and reconnect with your Self and Mama Earth in a way that brings both comfort and joy.
