We had the pleasure of partnering again with Fine Dine Front Lines today to feed the amazing frontline workers Providence Sacred Heart and Holy Family ❤️ We appreciate and value the hard work these folks put in for our community day in and day out! This past year has been unpredictable, and so tough on many restaurants, but it’s been really motivating to see so many other local restaurants giving back. We are more than proud to work with Ryan & anytime you’re on this side of the Cascades 💯 @ Cascadia Public House

Today Fine Dine Front Lines delivered 100 cookies from our bakery to frontline workers that truly deserve some love from the community. Read about the great work Fine Dine Front Lines has been doing. We're so honored to be part of this effort. 😇
WHAT. A. YEAR.
Like many in the weddings, events & hospitality industry, we were hit pretty hard by COVID this year.
We had to reschedule 20 out of the 22 weddings that we had on the books for the year and most other events. (sometimes again and again)
We are grateful for the many pockets of joy this year: increased family time (and getting to see our baby boy grow), new partnerships with other local small businesses and strengthened ones that we already had. We are grateful to have been able to slow down, scale back and refine our food and service.
We are grateful to all that generously supported us this year, through small socially distanced events, Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center Oxtober Fall festival, Holiday pre-orders and date night dinners in partnership with some of our favorite Woodinville wineries. 🍷
Because of you, we have been able to continue supporting our amazing local farms and producers, stay current on our bills, meet our needs and give fairly regular hours to a few of our team members. ❤️
We are grateful to have been a part of an amazing farm-to-table feature in Welcome Magazine Snohomish County, being voted Best Chef for 2020 by 425 Business, and jumping on the Line Cook Thoughts podcast.
Some of our favorite moments of the year:
-Collaborating with our local wedding, event and small business vendors on a social media giveaway worth over $3k (we plan to launch another soon!)
-Teaming up with Fine Dine Front Lines to provide 100 delicious & healthy meals for our frontline worker heroes.
-Pairing with Chateau Lill and Lill Family Wines on a virtual Auction of Washington Wines event, raising $24k for Seattle Children's and WSU Viticulture & Enology Program

Thrilled to work with Ryan Dwyer and his team over at Fine Dine Front Lines in providing our amazing front line workers with a hot meal during these trying times. They work hard in making the world a better place for all of us. If you can, give a huge shout out to the incredible Fine Dine Front Lines, an all around badass organization doing great things in our area 👏👏👏
Yesterday's meal went out to Seattle Cancer Care and was one of my personal favorites, our deliciius Cascadia Chicken. Sauteed apples and bacon with slow roasted chicken in a honey Dijon sauce, with buttermilk mashed yukons and fresh vegetables.
We are so thankful for this very generous community. This week Summer, a CDH warrior and pulmonary patient, and her Papa teamed up with Fine Dine Front Lines to deliver Sully's Pizza & Calzones to our team for their tireless work during the pandemic. Many thanks to everyone who made this delicious surprise possible.
Sending a shout out to the great work you are all doing. Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar and John Howie Restaurants was very proud to work with you and help with 280 meals for 3 hospitals that helped push over the 7000 meal mark!
Violet, 12, and her stepfather, Ryan, are home. Her cancer is in remission and he is preparing for a bone marrow transplant.
Now their focus has turned to paying it forward through Fine Dine Front Lines. “We were looking for a way at the tail end of our treatments to give back to the people that actually had their hands on us physically every day,” Ryan said. “We felt that a really good way to do that was through the gift of food.”

SCCA patient Ryan Dwyer, and his stepdaughter Violet, started the nonprofit, Fine Dine Front Lines, to help raise money to pay for restaurant meals for front line workers. They wanted to give back to the same people who have provided care for Ryan here at SCCA and Seattle Children's, where Violet is a patient. They have delivered more than 5,100 meals to 14 hospitals. Thank you, Ryan and Violet!
