The HealthierHere Community Hub offers a no-wrong-door approach, providing individuals and families with culturally and linguistically responsive care coordination. Community health workers from our partners serve as trusted guides for clients, helping them navigate systems and connect to the resources they want and need to thrive.

Today, National Public Health Week explores climate change and its effect on public health.
With rising temperatures, atypical weather patterns, and changing landscapes, climate change inevitably becomes a public health threat. It is critical for local health departments to incorporate learnings on climate change’s public health impact to provide better whole person care for their communities.
This resource guide for local public health departments was created by Public Health Institute, American Public Health Association, The Kresge Foundation, and the California Department of Public Health.
National Public Health Week is here, and Civic Engagement is at the forefront of the first theme.
The Community Health Worker Access Act (S. 3892) was recently proposed to Congress. This bill seeks to enhance access to healthcare services for enrollees of Medicare and Medicaid by improving reimbursement for Community Health Worker provided services under Medicare and integrating them into Medicaid.

Nearly 50% of youth across the U.S.A. experience significant emotional challenges, but less than half of them receive the behavioral health services they need.
This free online training from Seattle Children's Care Network (SCCN) equips pediatric primary care providers with effective strategies to communicate with patients and family about behavioral health concerns.
This learning resource was created in collaboration with Seattle Children's Care Network, Seattle Children's , and the University of Washington AIMS Center, as part of the HealthierHere Scale and Sustain projects.

NAMI Eastside is the East King County affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. For over a decade, this conference has brought together the community to discuss the importance of mental health solutions for youth.
This year's conference will be held in person on Friday, March 22, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
