Challenge your core!❤️🔥
Don’t mind me, getting wild here with a bunch of variations, ha! TBH, sometimes instead of performing strict sets I improvise like this until I just can’t take the burn any longer…. Lol😂
With that said, a good range could be something like 3 sets of 15, or 4 sets or 10 reps… Meet yourself where you’re at with core strength and gradually progress. ;)
Form check 👇✅
Keep shoulders relaxed and down (think engaging your lats instead of sinking)
Keep back pressed into Bosu (or whatever back rest on your equipment)
Resist using momentum/ swinging. Think more slow and controlled movement.
Tap into the sensation of pulling your abdominals in, rather than pushing out.
Remember to breathe! Phew… ;)
