Sundays are the perfect day to reset, time to refocus and get intentional for the week ahead. Three strategies you can focus on this week:

1. Prioritize the most important tasks for the week and break them down into manageable steps. Not everything can be a priority, some things may be important but in order to be productive (I.e. actually get things done) it's imperative to identify what's most important to focus on the see the outcomes you want

2. Get organized. Even something as simple as reorganizing a drawer, closet or paperwork that's been stacking up can be steps in the right direction of feeling more grounded in managing your time.

3. Schedule self-care. I like to think of this as proactive self management, the things we do that result in the best outcomes for the rest of our day. This could be scheduling your workout sessions, making an appointment with a friend to meet for a walk or setting your alarm for early in the morning so that you can have some quiet time to yourself before the chaos of the day arrives.

I love this board that serves as the back drop for my virtual therapy sessions. "Be Curious" is one of my most favorite therapeutic phrases. It serves to remind us to not be judgmental of ourselves or others, but to be inquisitive and approach situations with wonder and curiosity. Often feelings and actions are not caused by what we initially assume, being curious allows us to more fully understand ourselves and the people we interact with.
