Friends, I have to share something quite personal. I'm currently having an immune system flare because I've been stressed about some issues in my personal life + funnily enough getting this relaxation Summer Box out on schedule. I've had signs of being overly stressed for a couple of weeks like nightmares, headaches, allergy flares, and body soreness but I wasn't putting the pieces together. Now it's showing in my skin and it's woken me up to all the other symptoms I was too stressed to notice. It is so mfing sweet. And I love everyone. But this is the month where we q***rs get to give a peek into our weird little worlds. 🤘🏻👩🏼‍🎤👽🍔🕯🧸🕶

For most of my life, I’ve identified with the dark side. The first time I saw the movie, Heathers at a sleepover when I was 8 I was glued to the screen while all the other girls were passed out. If you don’t know, the movie’s about a high school romance that involves a lot of killing and s*x ala Christian Slater and Winona Ryder. I always loved spiders and scaring the prissiest girls with them in high school. But maybe I was obsessed w the bright side too. I used to go with my mom on her house cleaning jobs and move the many snails off the walkway of the mansion so no one would step on them. I used to spend half my time in the pool cupping my hands to save the beetles from drowning. Maybe I’ve been obsessed with death AND life the whole time.
Now, I’m inspired to find the ease in the lighter side of things as often as I can. I just want as much easy peace as I can get in my little life. Don’t you?
