Living A Healthier Me Studio WHERE HEALTH BEGINS WITH YOU! Living a Healthier Me Motto is about health and wellness inside and out! I will collaborate on the busy schedule of Ms. Treva White.

I will give you ways to find the best you; only you know where you want to be in your life of health. I will have a superb trainer who is excellent in ways to reach your goals for a Healthier you! I will show you ways of making your exercise fun combing dance and fitness. I have dance since the age of two and will implement these experiences w/ being Zumba certified. I love variety of genre of dancing.. My Zumba class will incorporate the latin side with hip-hop and my favorite to get you grooving Reggae Infusion. I will later work on my Pilates certification for teaching pilates which is one of my favorites part as a dancer and will add to your workout from weights and cardio. I will also sell my beautifControl skin care because your beauty and health begins inside, out! We want your glow not to be on the outside, but glow with you health on the inside too! Living a Healtheir Me studio is coming soon! Beauty within in you and out!
