Cultivate {a group for new moms} Seeking to offer support, education, and connection during this life-changing transition into motherhood. The cost is $10 per session.

Join us Wednesdays from 10:00 am - 11:30 am, September 19, September 26, October 3, October 10, October 17, October 24, October 31, November 7, November 14, November 28 in the heart of Ballard (1800
W Market St.) Sessions will cover a variety of topics so women are
encouraged to drop-in for any or all sessions. Examples of topics covered: Attachment parenting, calming massage for
baby, finding creativity, lactation concerns, processing your birth story,
your changing body after baby, going back to work after baby, changes in
your love relationship after baby.
