Wes made it almost two weeks in the general unit but we are back in the ICU. He is having dips in his oxygen and his heart rate, as well as having some pretty heavy tachypnea. We unfortunately had to turn his PEEP back up to 14 from an 8 that would have been at least passable for transplant. His abdomen is also growing rapidly from what is assumed to be his ascites…Hopefully in the next few days we are able to try and bring him back down🤞🏻🥹🫠
