Award-winning Copperworks Distilling Co., recently released a new 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐭 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐲, distilled from single varietal Genie Pale Malt from Coulee Hite farms in Reardan, Washington, and malted by LINC Malt in Spokane. This barley comes from a unique hot dry zone just west of Spokane. After distillation, the whiskey matured in four new American oak casks for five years and three months. The previous Farmsmith release, distilled from Baronesse barley grown at Joseph's Grainery in Colfax, took gold at the 2025 American Craft Spirits Association Competition before selling out completely. This new release continues Copperworks' exploration of single variety, single farm, and single growing year Washington barley.

A new whiskey in the Seattle area celebrates Copperworks Kilt Lifter ~ a collaboration 35+ years in the making between Pike Brewing Company and Copperworks Distilling Co.

The limited-edition American whiskey was distilled from Pike Brewing's legendary Kilt Lifter scotch-style ale, connecting Pike's 1989 roots in Pike Place Market with Copperworks' craft distilling innovation.
