Look who's back for another year at Proof Washington!

𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨.

Opened in 2013, Copperworks Distilling is an award-winning craft distillery, tasting room, and gift shop located in the waterfront tourist district of downtown Seattle. In 2023, they opened a second tasting room and a cocktail bar: Copperworks Distilling- Kenmore

The distillery produces small-batch American Single Malt Whiskey, a series of gins, and vodka, all from malted barley. Copperworks’ spirits are distilled in traditional copper stills that were specifically created in Scotland for the distillery, and for the distillation of each individual spirit.

Copperworks’ high-quality craft spirits have been recognized with multiple national and international awards, and the company was named the 2018 Distillery of the Year by the American Distilling Institute.

Say hi to BroVo Spirits.

Since it was founded in 2011, broVo Spirits has won more than 40 medals for its lineup, including Double Gold and Gold medals from the New York International Spirits Competition, Beverage Tasting Institute, and the American Distilling Institute (ADI); every product in its core lineup has received a Gold medal or higher and a 90 points or higher score. The distillery received the inaugural Alchemist Award from the American Distilling Institute, a Best in Category and Best in Class designation from ADI, and was named Liqueur Distillery of the Year by the New York International Spirits Competition. In 2019, broVo Spirits founder Mhairi Voelsgen was named a James Beard Foundation Award Semi-Finalist in the ‘Outstanding Wine, Spirits, or Beer Producer’ category.

First up ~ 2BAR Spirits.

2BAR Spirits was founded in 2010 by Nathan Kaiser. 2BAR was the first Northwest grain-to-glass distillery and Seattle’s first to produce bourbon made from all Washington grain. The award-winning distillery features an all-female production team. The distillery starts all of its production from local grain, and then mills, mashes, ferments, ages, and then bottles on-site.

𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝟏𝟏 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐎𝐥𝐝 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐭 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐲

Available for pre-order beginning Friday, October 10, this ultra-rare release yields fewer than 200 bottles and will ship on or before November 14.

Distilled from pale malted barley sourced from Great Western Malting and matured for over 11 years in a char #3 new American oak cask from Independent Stave Company, Copperworks 11-Year-Old American Single Malt Whiskey carries the very essence of Copperworks’ earliest brews, fermentations, and distillations.
