Wow
Crazy amount of snow in Bothell today. I measured 12 inches at Blueberry Gardens.
Please all, as you snuggle at home, cancelling your plans and not even thinking about leaving your driveway, please say a quiet thank you to the caregivers who show up EVERY DAY to care for your loved ones. We have 4 staff at each home who staff each 24 hour weekend shift. With 5 homes, That's 20 brave caregivers each day who sacrifice comfort to get themselves to work and be here every day. The mail did not get delivered today, but we were fully staffed on all shifts. That says a lot. You all will never know the behind the scenes efforts our dedicated caregivers go through to ensure all our shifts are staffed, just know it's a lot. Thank you to the caregivers....I am humbled by the dedication of these loving, loyal and dedicated individuals. It is wonderful to be able to count on them. They are true heros.
