Have you heard it?….
Are you sure you want to do that?
How are you going to pay your bills?
That is so expensive!
Are you sure you want to leave your 9-5 steady income?
Do you know how hard it is owning a business?

I heard this from friends, family, and people I thought would be so excited for me… when in reality most of what I heard was doubt .
I am so glad that I never let those comments crush me. I never let the doubt creep in. I stayed focused, I knew what I wanted, and I knew what I was capable of. I pushed through the opinions of others and never let them turn into insecurities.
I love the space I created and everyday I walk in those doors to my 2500 square foot building that I renovated from top to bottom, and honestly could just cry….

Acne is rarely “just a skin issue.” Most breakouts are signals coming from inside the body or from habits that disrupt the skin barrier. Here’s a breakdown of each common root cause shown in this reel and how it connects to acne.

Poor detoxification (yep, that’s p**p 💩)
Your liver and gut are responsible for clearing excess hormones, toxins, and inflammatory byproducts. When detox pathways are sluggish, these compounds can recirculate in the body and show up through the skin as congestion, inflamed acne, or dullness.

Wrong products
Using products that are too harsh, comedogenic, or not suited for your skin type can damage the skin barrier. This leads to increased oil production, irritation, clogged pores, and acne that doesn’t respond no matter how many products you try.

Random supplements
Taking supplements without testing or guidance can worsen acne. Certain vitamins, minerals, or hormone-altering supplements may overstimulate oil glands, disrupt gut balance, or throw hormones out of range.

Gut dysbiosis
