This immersive evening gently awakens body, mind, and spirit through guided practices that cultivate presence, connection, and sacred intimacy.

Together, we will explore:
• Meditation to ground into the body
• Ta***ic breathwork to activate life force energy
• Solo practices for self-awareness and embodiment
• Partnered practices for conscious connection
• Movement to awaken vitality and embodied flow
• Guided connection exercises for attunement and trust

This gathering is held in a safe, welcoming container where boundaries are honored and respected. Come solo or with a beloved. All genders and sexual orientations are warmly welcomed.

In this video, I reflect on stories often told to women about aging. That after maidenhood, marriage, children, or building careers, we cross from midlife to crone and reach the end of our becoming.

What I have experienced, and what I witness in so many women, is the opposite.

When women begin to let go of who they were told to be, something opens. There is more freedom, more depth, more truth, and more life. We do not diminish with age. We expand.

I share a personal moment when one of my apprentices wanted to throw me a “Crone” party at 48, a symbolic marking of arrival, and how I knew, deeply, that I was a half century from that stage.
