I'm currently reading/listening to Riviera Gold by I recently finished 2 shorts of hers. Beekeeping for Beginners and The Marriage of Mary Russell which filled in a couple of missing pieces in the story line. Her version of Sherlock Holmes stories with a twist. Well written.

One technique I use is triangle breathing. Inhale for a count of three, hold your breath for three, and exhale for three. Repeat this pattern three times whenever you need to regain calmness and control over your emotions.

For work or situations where discretion is important, I recommend finger tapping. Gently tap each finger against your thumb, one at a time, while silently counting to four for each finger. This can help you stay composed without drawing attention.

I encourage my clients to take a few minutes in gratitude everyday. Personally, there are times my entire dog walk is reminding myself how much there is to be grateful for.

Practicing gratitude offers a myriad of benefits, both mental and physical. It enhances overall well-being, reduces stress, and fosters a positive outlook on life.

Keeping a gratitude journal allows for reflection on daily blessings, promoting mindfulness and appreciation for the present moment. It shifts focus from what's lacking to what's abundant, cultivating resilience and inner peace.

Gratitude meditation deepens this practice, anchoring the mind in gratitude through guided reflection. Over time, it rewires the brain for happiness, increasing serotonin levels and boosting mood. Embracing gratitude transforms attitudes, relationships, and overall quality of life, making every day brighter and more fulfilling.

Just wanted to share a quick update with you all.

I've decided to step away from my Passion au Lait brand for now. While it's still up and running, focusing on Trigeminal Neuralgia, my attention has shifted towards holistic health and wellness coaching, particularly for marginalized communities.

This is where my true passion lies.

Empowering and supporting those who often go unnoticed or deliberately overlooked by society has always been close to my heart. It's been a common thread in every business venture I've pursued.

I've spent over 30 years diving deep into topics that are now gaining recognition in the health world. Excited to continue this journey with all of you.
