Up North Angels Home Care is growing, and we are looking for a kind and dependable caregiver in the Randall/Motley area to join our team.

This position includes caring for a few local clients with consistent hours, including two full days per week, with the possibility of additional hours if desired. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants meaningful work close to home while making a real difference in people’s lives.

Today we welcomed new team members and it was one of those days that reminds me why we do what we do.

Our team is growing, our foundation is getting stronger, and we’re continuing to build something that truly supports seniors and their families in staying safely at home. I’m also proud to share that one of our RNs has recently stepped into an expanded leadership role—a well-earned promotion that reflects her dedication to quality care and support for both clients and staff.

Watching people step into their roles with excitement and heart is a powerful reminder that we’re on the right path.

As the year comes to a close, I'm taking a moment to reflect with a very grateful heart.

At the beginning of the year, I set specific goals for Up North Angels - some were met, some evolved, and some surprised me entirely. While I didn't check every box, I exceeded my own expectations in ways I never imagined.

It's honestly wild to look back and see how far we've come. January 2026 marks six years of Up North Angels built on compassion, advocacy, and treating every client like family - never just a number.

As we head into the next chapter, my focus is shifting towards stronger branding, intentional growth, and building something even more sustainable and impactful for the people we serve.

Big changes are coming for Up North Angels in 2026 - and we're just getting started.
