🌿 Inner Child Tea Circle – Community Healing in the Park 🌿

This Sunday I will be hosting a Tea Circle for Inner Child Healing and Integration in the heart of the park.

This gathering is a sacred space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share in community while we nurture the parts of us that still need love, play, and understanding.

🍵 What the circle will include:
• A Tea Activation Ceremony
• Guided Meditation for Inner Child Healing
• Journaling & Reflection Time
• Community Story Circle
• Snacks provided for everyone
• Each participant will receive a special stone to take home as a grounding reminder of the experience.

🌞 When: Sunday | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
📍 Where: Washington Park – Denver, Colorado
Look for the blankets in the center of the park across from the grill area.

Bring a journal if you have one, an open heart, and your authentic self.

This circle is for anyone seeking healing, reflection, and genuine connection.

This is not just tea.

Together we will enter a gentle container that includes:

We will open the space by blessing and activating our tea with intention — allowing the plant spirit to guide the healing.

🕯 Guided Meditation Journey
A deep inner child connection meditation to meet the younger self within and begin integration work.

📖 Journaling + Reflection
Sacred quiet space to listen, process, and receive what surfaces.

🔥 Story Circle
A safe sharing space where each soul may speak their spiritual experiences into community — witnessed without judgment.

This circle is for the ones who feel called to remember themselves.
To integrate what has surfaced.
To soften the armor.

Integration is when:

• You choose peace over proving a point

You shower your body.
You brush your teeth.
You should cleanse your energy.

Protection is about:
• Boundaries
• Discernment
• Emotional regulation
• Knowing when to disengage
• Not oversharing your life with everyone

You don’t need to fear spirits.
You need to understand energy exchange.

Most “spiritual attacks” are actually:
• Poor boundaries
• Unprocessed trauma
• Overexposure
