NO DOUGH PIZZA!!!!!!! This one is a WINNER!!!!
Gluten Free, Low Carb, Diabetic Friendly!!!!!!
For when you absolutely want pizza but not all the carbs!!!!!!!

Crust
1 (8 oz) package of full fat cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Topping
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
toppings - pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, peppers
Garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350.

Lightly spay a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. With a handheld mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese until combined. Spread into baking dish. Bake for 15-17 minutes, our until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.

Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with cheese and toppings. Sprinkle pizza with garlic powder. Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

This is so good it's worth a second share.. also has some helpful info! 🍔Big (Healthy) Mac In A Bowl

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp diced yellow or white onion
5 oz. 95-97% lean ground beef
2 Tbsp Wish-Bone® Light Thousand Island Dressing
1/8 tsp white vinegar
1/8 tsp onion powder
3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
2 Tbsp reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 oz. dill pickle slices
1 tsp sesame seeds
Cooking spray

Directions:
1. Heat a small, lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until fragrant, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the beef and cook until fully browned.
2. Meanwhile, mix together dressing, vinegar, and onion powder.

To assemble:
Top lettuce with ground beef and sprinkle with cheese. Top with pickle slices, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Keto Dinner Rolls

INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces cream cheese (block - not spreadable - no additives)
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large eggs
4 tablespoons baking powder
1 1/3 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400° F
In a small pot over low heat melt the cream cheese and mozzarella together. It should resemble a thick gooey paste.
Add the melted cheeses to a large bowl along with the baking powder, almond flour, and eggs. Mix until smooth and let stand 10-20 minutes. Roll into 24 balls and chill in the refrigerator for at least another 10 minutes.
Melt the butter over low heat in a 10" cast iron skillet
Place the dough balls into the skillet touching on each side. Bake for 20-25 minutes until fluffy, golden brown, and cooked through.

NOTES:
Yes, this recipe really does need 4 tablespoons of baking powder. This helps them rise, otherwise they'll be very flat.

Be sure to chill the dough so the rolls will keep their shape and rise up not out.
