Better Stronger Me / Motivation for Fitness, Health & Happiness To share inspiration,motivation & information that helps lead to a healthier, happier lifestyle. I realize now that this thinking was wrong.

I have struggled most of my life with anxiety and weight, gaining and losing many times over the years. I never focused on fitness, always the number on the scale and refused to admit that emotional issues played any part at all. My focus now is primarily on how I feel. Healthier habits, mental and physical fitness and better nutrition are my goals rather than just a number on the scale. Now I mak

e no claims that I have a handle on all of this (because God knows I don't!), but, I have learned quite a lot over the years and I intend to learn a whole lot more! The goal of Better Stronger Me is to help myself and hopefully others work towards a more Fit, Healthy & Happy life. Although there will be a lot of Fitness and Weight Loss posts on this site, there will be other post that are simply meant to encourage happiness.

No workouts the last few days,
hubby's in the hospital and it's been hot. I just didn't have it in me.
Cooler yesterday so I did manage a little stint on the elliptical to finish out the month. 🙂
Overall though, July was a good steady month for workouts.
