Among the many techniques Darlene employs are journaling, guided meditation, vision board creation, inner-child work, walks on the sacred Red Rocks of Sedona. Darlene will provide spiritual readings, Reiki, other modalities in your personalized roadmap for your journey. The final step, gratitude work, will open the door to your aligned future.
