We are thrilled to share that our new yoga studio has officially opened in Suite 206, next to the acupuncture and Ayurveda clinic in Castle Rock Plaza. Fulfilling a long-held dream, this new space allows us to provide authentic yoga while nurturing the Sedona community. We look forward to welcoming you, sharing our passion, and growing together.

Here, you’ll find the yoga class schedule. We’re excited to announce that even more classes are on the way, along with a range of community-focused events (community yoga, community acupuncture, community reiki) aimed at bringing people together, supporting wellness, and fostering connections.

Congratulations! Our 225-hour Hatha Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training students graduated this past weekend. These devoted yoga teachers did an amazing job, and their dedication to yoga is admirable. We love you! Beautiful!

Join me at the this March 14–17! I’ll be leading alongside some of the community’s brightest minds and dedicated seekers, and we’ll be exploring what it means to be as we look at how our practice can help to create a better future for us all.
