You need to feel it and then let it go.
How do you let it go ? You shake your ass 🍑 Do these 3 simple movements everyday and watch your energy and mindset change.
1. Open and close the inner thighs. Put a blanket under your knees and allow the legs to slide open and close . This will release tension in the inner groin .
2. B***y pop. In a table top position arch your low back and flick your tail bone up . This movement comes from the b***y and will continue to help you open up the back of your b***y
3. Frogs. Bring your heels together and balance on your toes. Knees point out. As you inhale straighten them legs fold the head forward. As you exhale bend the knees look up towards the sky. Do this movement 11, 28, 54 or 108 times!!
Before you practice, set an intention of what you would like to let go of and clear. Stay connected to your breath into your intention. Choose a song that you feel safe and sexy moving to all of these movements will help you to let go of denser energies and feel lighter and free in your body Making you lighter and free in the mind.
