⋆ Monday 5:30 PM – Stretching & Meditation
⋆ Wednesday 5:30 PM – Power Qigong & Tai Chi (moved from 7:00 PM)
⋆ Thursday 5:30 PM – Deep Healing Meditation

Please note: we will no longer offer the Thursday morning Community Meditation class.
