We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for the therapist's time, we have adopted the following policies:
Cancellations: The staff earns their wages by reserving time for our clients, and we make every effort to schedule enough time for each client’s needs. In order to keep this schedule policy working, any cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 25% of the full service price. No-shows will be charged 50% of the full service price. A major credit card or gift card is necessary to reserve time for an appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact will be considered a “no-show”.
Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Gift cards expire one (1) year from the purchase date.
Arriving Late: Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan your visit accordingly. Please arrive 10 minutes early on your first visit to fill out an intake form. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the “full” session. However, we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
Informed Consent: Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with us you will be asked to sign the treatment consent form stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures. Clients who we have not seen for at least a year may also be asked to fill out this form. We treat all client visits and conditions as confidential. As such, we will not discuss your visit with anybody outside of our staff without your express permission. By signing consent form you are agreeing to all policies Rejuvenated Wellness center has set in place.
Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
Scheduling: We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Rejuvenated Wellness Center to ensure the best appointment time that works for your schedule. It will be required that Rejuvenated Wellness Center holds a Credit/Debit card on file at time of booking. This holds your appointment slot in case of late cancellations and no-shows. By booking an appointment you fully understand this policy and consent to Rejuvenated Wellness Center to charge card if you forgo your appointment.
