When it comes to holistic health, I cannot say enough about using every facet of health that is available to you. I am grateful for all of the health practitioners that we have in our area like Dr. Kate Eckert , Singleton Family Chiropractic, West Park Rehab, Jessica Marie Hoffman , and Kammi Stiller. They all work hard at learning new methods to provide comprehensive care, and to further increase the patients/client's, quality of life. I also love they they respect eachother and realize they each offer something a little bit different, and they all have a common purpose.

Holistic Health, paying attention to the body, mind, and spirit is what I am all about. I have seen the results in my own, and in my family's life.

Life Coaching is the mind part of that picture that can help a person sort out how all of those pieces fit, and move toward quality-of-life goals that are life giving and bring peace to the soul.

All of these things work together in synergy, and even if some of these options are out-of-pocket, they can often deliver faster and longer lasting results than chasing down the next specialist for chronic issues.
We are blessed to have so many options available to us in our little corner of the world!

USING your essential oils is Essential to them working for you! Sounds simple, right? But all of us who have essential oils often forget to use them on a regular basis!
Diffusing them like this, is the safest and most effective way to use your therapeutic oils on a regular basis.

I had an Aromatherapy class on Saturday, and it was so exciting and fast moving, that I forgot to take a picture of the class!!
Everyone was so engaged, said that three hours flew by, said that they were inspired and renewed in using the essential oils they had, and had a fresh understanding of the mind and body connection, because of all the things that we covered.
It was an all-around uplifting community experience, and I am humbled and honored to be able to share health knowledge in this capacity.
