Victoria is from Houston, Texas, but for the last 23 years she has lived in Pasadena, MD. She and her family moved to the area when her husband accepted a worship pastor position at a local church. Her first experiences in healthcare were as a Candy Striper, Chiropractic Assistant and X-ray Technician. She was a medical massage therapist for the last 10 years. However, due to recent back surgery,

she has had to give up this part of her profession and will be focusing on patient advocacy. In 2019, she became a board certified patient advocate and has been practicing this wellness art ever since. Victoria Raddin is a dedicated patient advocate with a strong focus on stress management and holistic well-being. With her compassionate nature and extensive knowledge of stress reduction techniques, Victoria has helped countless individuals navigate the challenges of chronic illnesses and healthcare systems while maintaining their mental and emotional balance. Having personally experienced the impact of stress on her own health journey, Victoria understands the immense toll it can take on individuals facing medical conditions. This inspired her to pursue a career in patient advocacy, particularly emphasizing stress management. Victoria firmly believes that by addressing stress and promoting overall well-being, patients can experience improved treatment outcomes and enhanced quality of life. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Gerontology, where she specialized in stress management and its effects on health. As a patient advocate, Victoria works closely with clients to develop personalized stress management plans that align with their unique circumstances and needs. She is skilled in providing emotional support, assisting patients in navigating complex medical systems, and connecting them with appropriate resources and services. Hello Dear Friends and Clients, This note is overdue because I am having to find a new way forward for myself and my clients. These are the changes at A Time to Unwind: Due to my recent back surgery, I have had to give up the massage part of my profession and will be focusing on patient advocacy. In 2019, as many of you know, I became a Board-Certified Patient Advocate and have been practicing this wellness art ever since. I will miss seeing you all, but I hope to connect online should you need my services.
