Simple and delicious.

Mashed Avocado, Chilli & Lime on slightly toasted sourdough with juicy juicy cherry tomatoes. 🤗 ⁣

To make:⁣
Mash 1/2 a medium soft ripe avocado with juice of 1/2 a lime until creamy, season with salt & sprinkle with dried chilli flakes. Spread it all over your toast! 😋⁣

Leave out the chili flakes and sprinkle with chia seeds and h**p hearts for a kid friendly version called “cupcake toast”!

I’ll be honest, we didn’t get a good food prep in this week and I am very jealous of .erica and her beautifully prepped meals! 🥴 I will not allow this to be an excuse to eat junk and go over macros though! Getting up at 5:30am to do a quick prep before my kids are up. Going to need lots of coffee! ☕️
