Back Outside = Back to Running Season 🏃♂️
With the weather finally getting nice, more people are getting outside—walking, jogging, and hitting the pavement again. I love this time of year… and honestly, runners have always been one of my favorite groups to work with.
If you’re starting back up or increasing mileage, don’t ignore the little aches:
• tight hips
• nagging knee pain
• sore feet or shins
Those “small” issues are usually early warning signs.
Take care of your body now so you can keep doing what you love all season long 🏃♂️
