So rewarding working with NICU moms and dads

🏈❤️ Born without a heartbeat. Today, he’s playing in the Super Bowl.

Derick Hall was born at just 23½ weeks, under 2 pounds, not breathing and without a detectable heartbeat. Doctors revived him and warned his mother he might not survive — or ever walk or speak. He spent months in the NICU fighting for life.

Now, 24 years later, he’s suiting up today for Super Bowl LX as a linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks. Beyond football, Hall gives back through his One Percent Foundation, supporting premature babies and their families.

From the NICU to the NFL — and giving others the same fighting chance.
