“My birth instructor said this… ‘The breast is like a muscle you haven’t used yet. ‘Remember taking up a new sport?’ she asked… ‘Remember how much the new set of muscles you used surprised you by aching so much?’ Well, she said, that’s what it’s like to use your breasts, for the very first time, for the purpose they have been awaiting all your life.”
You can imagine why this fitness ju**ie loves this quote 😂💪🏼but really though. Think about it…
Breastfeeding is something so very new and at first, it’s going to be difficult… feel uncomfortable.. may even make you want to quit because the newness can seem unbearable…
BUT what if you could prepare BEFORE baby arrives.. let’s go back go the sport analogy.. no one starts a new sport and has NO knowledge of anything about that sport. They at least have some basic knowledge of it. And when they do… they’re better prepared to succeed.
Same for you BREASTFEEDING mama.
If you have some basic information about what breastfeeding is going to be like.. feel like.. what to expect.. how to prepare.. you will be more successful and be more prepared for the new sport you’re entering into.🤱🏼
I am so very passionate about educating mama PRENATALLY because I want you to succeed. I fully believe that if I can prep you before, you will have less stress when that sweet baby is in your arms and you’re trying to figure it out before you walk out of that hospital.
My next prenatal class is this Wednesday at 10:00 am est! 👶🏼 we will go over all things latching, positioning, what to expect, issues that could happen, pumping, milk storage, and so much more! be sure to register today!

I am so excited to offer this VIRTUAL prenatal breastfeeding class to you mamas! (In person class hopefully coming next month!👶🏼)
October 18th at 10:00 am est
1 hour class
This class will help you prepare for your breastfeeding experience with your newborn. Partners are encouraged to attend!! Topics include getting started, latching and positioning the baby, overcoming common obstacles, learning your baby's hunger cues, establishing a good milk supply, and how to know if your baby is getting enough milk. There will be time at the end for Q&A.
Admission is $10
