Thanks to everyone’s support and for the success of the silent auction, I was able to donate $345 to Coastal Horizons Clínica Latina today! The donation was placed in memory of Christian, and will go towards providing direct mental and behavioral health services to families in our community!! Thank you so much to everyone who made this donation possible!! And thank you to Clinica Latina for serving our community and providing our neighbors resources when they need it most. I made sure to pack some treat bags for the staff today when I dropped off the donation- you guys do amazing work!!

Last, but not least, I want to thank my family and friends. Most my friends either submitted attended or worked the event. They show up for me and support me like family. Most of my actual family worked the event!!! My sister, her boyfriend, my husband, and my mom worked tirelessly to help me make this possible!! My mom has postponed surgeries to attend. They believe in my dream and my nonprofit so hard that it makes it easier for me to believe in myself. Thank you guys.
And thank you to Christian, for a life changing love and a bond that’s forever.

If you submitted art/poetry to the exhibit, I want to thank you. It means so much to me that you would trust me with your art, and you are truly brave for making art to display about mental health. My brother lived in this community, and he was hurting. To see us all come together for a night and have a conversation about mental health really means the world to me. I am so proud of Saturday’s event, and it wouldn’t be possible without your participation. Thank you.

If you showed up to the event Saturday I want to thank you for your presence. The whole point of the exhibit was for us all to come together and leave with some resources. If you showed up, I noticed, and I’ll never forget it.

I want to share so much gratitude for everyone who volunteered their time and energy into the exhibit!!

Ocean Isle Beach Yoga thank you so much for your time and talent! Many of your participants have found a new love for yoga thanks to this opportunity!
