Meet KymBreanne Shingara of Inner River Embodiment
Embodiment Counselor, Holistic Personal Trainer, Belly Dance Teacher/Performer, Wellness Educator
At the heart of everything I offer is a belief that we are all capable of stepping into a life of vitality, strength, and deep connection. My approach blends the wisdom of movement, mindful self-discovery, and compassionate support to guide people toward healing and transformation – body, mind, and spirit. Since moving from Colorado to rural Pennsylvania in 2020, my family and I have been building a dream of living more closely with nature, and this vision extends to how I work with people. I believe in nurturing the whole person, not just focusing on fitness or health as isolated goals. Life is a journey, and the body is a powerful ally in navigating it. I’ve had the privilege of guiding people through holistic healing for many years. Today, that looks like teaching yoga & belly dance, offering personal training and embodiment counseling, and being a wellness educator. My approach is rooted in creating safe, trauma-informed spaces where healing can unfold. Through my own healing process—from overcoming chronic pain, addiction, and mental health challenges to discovering deeper emotional and physical resilience—I’ve developed an approach grounded in compassion, self-awareness, and sustainable growth. I am passionate about helping others rediscover their strength and heal through mindful movement and self-compassion. Whether you're seeking physical strength, emotional healing, or both, I work with you to create a personalized, supportive path that honors your unique needs. How I Support You
I provide a space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. I bring a trauma-aware approach to everything I do, and my work is rooted in helping you cultivate a body and mind that feel strong, aligned, and at ease. In our work together, you’ll find space to:
Regain self-trust and confidence
Create lasting change through mindful movement and embodiment practices
Address the root causes of stress and imbalance
Cultivate a nurturing relationship with your body, mind, and spirit
Gain clarity in your goals, needs, business, relationships, and life purpose
Teaching & Community Engagement
In addition to my work with clients, I also teach part-time at our local community college, where I offer courses in Yoga, Nutrition & Wellness, and Human Sexuality. This allows me to share my knowledge with a wider audience, fostering holistic health and well-being in our community. My approach to teaching is grounded in the same principles of mindfulness, embodiment, and empowerment that I offer in my personal work. Sports & Exercise Science
