Thank you to those that braved the rain and attended the senior produce box event today at The Health Center! We’re proud to have been able to serve between 30 and 40 households.

Looking forward to next months event. We anticipate the capacity of 170 households. Please message us to learn more about the application process to register for the event in November!  this program is limited to 60 years and older that meet the program and income requirements.

From 9AM–11AM, we’re distributing fresh produce boxes with our friends at Sharon Community Health Center for income-eligible seniors (60+) who qualify for or are already enrolled in our CSFP (PA Senior Food Box Program).

This is a great opportunity to check in on your health, connect with local resources, and take home nutritious food to support your wellness.

October 13 is Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day — a day to bring attention to the challenges faced by individuals living with advanced breast cancer. Nationally, about 168,000 women in the U.S. are estimated to be living with metastatic breast cancer. At Sharon Community Health Center, we believe in supporting all stages of breast cancer awareness, from prevention to diagnosis to treatment.
